Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled with 24-hours notice. There is a $35 fee to reschedule a cancelled appointment.
Pre-Paid Session Policy
If you have pre-paid for a session and would like to cancel that session, there will be a processing fee or a minimum of $35 to cover credit card processing charges and administrative time. Any paid sessions must be cancelled within 48 hours of the time of payment or monies are forfeited, this includes any pre-paid packages.
